Step 2: Let’s talk about goals
Not dreamy someday goals. Real ones. The kind we can execute starting Monday. You’ve done the vision work. You’ve stretched your thinking. You’ve zoomed out 5 to 15 years and then closer to 3. Now we zoom in. Step 2: Your 12 Week Goals. By Monday, I want you to have 1 to 3 meaningful personal and or business goals written down. Not ten. Not a scattered list. One to three that actually matter. From your bigger vision, ask: • What would make these 12 weeks a win? • What would move the needle in a real way? • What feels slightly uncomfortable but completely aligned? Then we build it properly. Your goals should be measurable and realistic. Not “grow my audience.” Instead: “Add 50 new email subscribers in 12 weeks.” Not “work on my health.” Instead: “Complete 3 strength workouts per week for 12 weeks.” Not vague hopes. Clear moves. Many people set inspiring goals, but never define the weekly execution. And without weekly execution, there is no momentum. There is only one intention. Momentum is built in the week. So before Monday: Write your 1 to 3 goals. Start thinking about weekly tactics. And define weekly outcomes. We are tracking execution. And that is how we win a 12 Week Year together. Share your goals with us below! We would love to hear what you are working toward!

This month has been a win just based on feelings. I feel wise, calm, and I feel like I have time. I'm recognizing these new feelings and celebrating them as they have been a long time coming!
✨ Step 1 of Your 12 Week Year: Vision
You need two visions: 🌎 Long-Term Vision 5 to 15 years from now 📈 Near-Term Vision 36 months from now Instead of only writing it…See it with AI. Use ChatGPT or your favorite AI image tool. Upload a clear headshot and use the prompts below. 🌎 Long Term Vision Prompt 5 to 15 Years Copy and paste: Use this exact headshot of me. Do not change my face, expression, posture, or clothing. Create one square, realistic image with me centered in the frame. Change only the background and surrounding environment to reflect my life 10 years from now. Show this future through the environment, not text or symbols. Include details that represent: • Where I live or spend most of my time: • How I work or contribute: • My lifestyle signals: • The overall energy of my life: The image should feel realistic, cinematic, and cohesive. Success should be shown through environment, freedom, and alignment, not luxury or flashiness. 📈 Near-Term Vision Prompt 36 Months Copy and paste: Use this exact headshot of me. Do not change my face, expression, posture, or clothing. Create one square, realistic image with me centered in the frame. Change only the background and surrounding environment to reflect my life 36 months from now. Show visible proof of growth and momentum in my life and business. Include details that represent: • Where I live or spend most of my time: • How I work or contribute: • My lifestyle signals: • The overall energy of my life: Keep it realistic and grounded. Show momentum without chaos. After you generate your images, answer this: 1. What does this version of you no longer tolerate? 2. What must you focus on in the next 12 weeks to move toward this life? Drop your images below for us to see!

The first is my short term vision - in under 3 years living a very organized, peaceful, fulfilling life. The second is my 3-5 year vision working from my retreat space overlooking the lake. 1. What does this version of you no longer tolerate? This version of me no longer tolerates: - Procrastination and hesitation. I no longer let fear of imperfect conditions stop me from taking action. I act consistently, even when things aren’t “perfect,” because progress requires movement. - Busy work that doesn’t move the needle. I prioritize strategy and execution over distraction, plans without follow-through, and tasks that drain energy without creating impact. - Diminished boundaries. I no longer sacrifice my time, health, or relationships for stress or urgency that doesn’t support my vision. My time is structured around high-value work and meaningful connection. - Undervalued contribution. I don’t take on opportunities that don’t align with my mission of serving, inspiring, and uplifting my community - especially if they pull me away from what matters most. - Chaos and aimless growth. I choose intentional momentum over busy chaos; growth that feels grounded, sustainable, and aligned with my values. This version of me holds myself accountable with integrity, clarity, and purpose - and I expect the same from my systems, partnerships, and commitments. 2. What I must focus on in the next 12 weeks to move toward this life? In the next 12 weeks, I will focus on: 1. Consistent execution of my paid ad acquisition strategy• Launching, testing, and optimizing ads that drive sales of the Becoming Self-Made Goal Planner• Refining audiences, messaging, and creatives until performance is predictable and scalable 2. Building and scaling my email ecosystem• Growing my subscriber list with at least 3,000 new high-intent people• Creating a structured nurture sequence that introduces new subscribers to our community, free workshops, and long-term programs 3. Strengthening my community foundation• Hosting high-value workshops and touchpoints that increase engagement• Encouraging participation, connection, and trust within the Becoming Self-Made community 4. Structuring my weekly planning and accountability• Using weekly scorecards to measure progress toward sales and subscriber goals• Prioritizing execution over perfection and eliminating tasks that don’t contribute to core outcomes 5. Leveling up my offer positioning and clarity• Ensuring every piece of content, funnel step, and workshop communicates transformation and value• Positioning my ecosystem as a trusted place for consistent growth and support
Let’s play.
The ABCs of Self-Care. We are building income. We are building systems. We are not building burnout. I’ll start with A. A – Ask for help before you are drowning. Now you go. B – ? Comment the next letter with one real self-care action. Not the fluffy kind. The kind that actually protects your energy while you grow. Examples to get us going: C – Close the laptop when you said you would. D – Do the hard thing first. E – Eat protein before coffee. F – Forgive yourself for imperfect execution. Let’s fill the whole alphabet in the comments. And if someone posts a letter you needed to hear, reply to them and tell them why. Your turn. B 👇

Every month, we come back to these three simple reminders. Comment: 1. Cheer someone on. 2. Celebrate progress. 3. Say “keep going.” Your words matter more than you think. Make someone smile today! Make a Post: 1. Share what you are building. 2. Share your tracking. 3. Share your lessons and wins. If a post invites you to drop your link, share it freely there so we can support you. Share a link and ask for feedback. If you aren’t sure, just reach out to me! We grow by showing up as our authentic and vulnerable selves. No Unsolicited DMs: 1. Please do not message members privately to sell or pitch. 2. If someone asks for your link in a post, share it openly. 3. If you receive a sales message you did not ask for, let me know. We protect this space together. We all belong here. Thank you for building income without burnout in a way that feels supportive, honest, and safe with us! We are glad that you are here! It’s a good day to have a good day. 💛

Today I am working on a connection with Betterhelp. We often get men who need more support than we can offer. We refer to Betterhelp and get alot of gratitude as it's worked well for our listeners/clients. I'd like to formalize a partnership with this amazing company. We have held off on brand partnerships as we are very "choosey" on who we will allow to sponsor us (we will not entertain anything that does not promote health and wellness). Sponsorships are very new world to me but it's a fun avenue to persue. If anyone has advice, I'm all ears!
