๐Ÿ’œSomething HUGE happening over on Substack & You Benefit Too
๐ŸŽ‰ I'm making a run for Substack Bestseller status! And I'm going to be completely transparent about it... I need 59 more paid subscribers. ๐Ÿ’œ To make this a HUGE win for everyone, I've dropped my paid subscription to just $5/month or $45/year until we hit that milestone. But here's the exciting part... I've just added a brand-new bonus JUST for paid subscribers: โœจ The First Paid Subscriber Roadmap This interactive assessment helps you identify the fastest path from publishing content to attracting your first or next paying subscriber or client. It uncovers: ๐ŸŽฏ Your biggest growth bottleneck ๐Ÿš€ Your strongest opportunity for attracting paying clients ๐Ÿ’ฐ The fastest path to your first sale or paid subscriber ๐Ÿ“ˆ The specific actions most likely to move your business forward (and takes about 5 minutes to complete) If you've ever wondered: "Why isn't my content converting?" "Why am I not getting clients yet?" "What should I focus on next?" This tool was built for you. And that's just one of the benefits paid subscribers receive alongside: ๐ŸŒฑ Private Notes Boost Community Access ๐Ÿงญ Client Acquisition Audit ๐ŸŽฏ Client Attraction Foundation Builder ๐ŸŒŸ Weekly support & coaching โœจ Substack Alchemy Intensive ๐Ÿ’Ž Annual members also receive the Substack Setup Intensive For less than the cost of a fancy coffee each month, you'll gain access to tools, support, and a community dedicated to helping you amplify your voice, monetize your mission, and get visible. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Upgrade here: https://hartlifecoach.substack.com/subscribe Only available at this price for the next 59 subscribers. Let's see if we can get there together. ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿ’œ

๐Ÿš€ Daily Notes Strategy for Substack
The goal of Notes is not to โ€œgo viral.โ€ The goal is to: - stay visible - create conversations - build authority - attract aligned people - move people into your ecosystem naturally - Most people treat Notes randomly. The people growing fastest on Substack are treating Notes like relationship marketing. That means: - consistency over perfection - conversations over broadcasting - visibility with intention - ๐ŸŒŸ The Core Strategy The easiest way to approach Notes is to think in 4 categories: 1. Authority Notes These build credibility and position you as someone who understands the problem. Examples: - lessons - mindset shifts - client breakthroughs - mistakes people make - quick strategies - industry observations - Example: Most coaches do not have a visibility problem. They have a clarity problem. Visibility simply amplifies what already exists. 2. Conversation Notes These are designed to spark engagement. Examples: - yes/no questions - unpopular opinions - this or that - relatable experiences - simple debates - Example: Hot take: Long-form content is becoming MORE important, not less. Agree or disagree? OR Miracle Whip on tacosโ€ฆ yes or no? ๐Ÿ˜‚ 3. Personal / Human Notes People connect with people. These Notes create emotional connection and relatability. Examples: - behind the scenes - lessons from life - stories - funny moments - failures - observations - beliefs - Example: Building a business in your 60s feels very different than building one in your 20s. Less urgency. More alignment. More peace. Better decisions. 4. Promotional Notes This is where most people go wrong. Promotional Notes work best when: - mixed naturally into valuable content - tied to a real problem - connected to a transformation - conversational instead of pushy - Example: Seeing so many people struggle with messy Substack setups right now. Thatโ€™s exactly why the next Substack Setup Intensive exists. Saving people days of frustration and helping them build it correctly from the start.

NOTES BOOST FOR 4/27/26 WEEK...
This weekend stuff around the place started getting a newer look - still have spaces to update. And I've decided to start going live on Substack on Tuesdays at 2pm mtn for the ๐Ÿ’ฐMonetize Your Mission Podcast. This episode is called ๐Ÿค”Why Your Content Isnโ€™t Turning into Clients. ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ The rest of this week's lineup? Wednesday is week three of the Client Acquisition System Cohort at 1pm mtn Thursday is the Monetize Your Mission Mastermind where we will be talking all about Streaming TV with @Karin Crawford - Discover what it is and isn't and whether it might be a space for you and what you're doing. ๐ŸŒŽ๐ŸŒŽ๐ŸŒŽ๐ŸŒŽ๐ŸŒŽ๐ŸŒŽ๐ŸŒŽ If Notes feel like shouting into the void, itโ€™s usually not effortโ€ฆ itโ€™s structure. Hereโ€™s a simple way to start getting traction fast: 1. Say one clear thing Not a tip list. Not a ramble. One idea someone can instantly โ€œgetโ€ and react to. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Think: โ€œThis is why your content isnโ€™t convertingโ€ Not: โ€œ5 ways to improve your contentโ€ 2. Lead with tension, not information People scroll past information. They stop for something that makes them feel seen or challenged. (I once heard this put - start in the middle of the story) ๐Ÿ‘‰ โ€œYouโ€™re posting every dayโ€ฆ so why is nothing happening?โ€ 3. Make it easy to respond - If someone has to think too hard, they wonโ€™t engage. End with something simple: - โ€œThis or that?โ€ - โ€œWhere are you stuck?โ€ - โ€œDoes this land?โ€ 4. Post where conversations already exist Donโ€™t just post and leave. Reply to other Notes first โ†’ then post yours. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Traction comes from proximity, not isolation. 5. Stay in the thread The first 30โ€“60 minutes matter. Reply to every comment. Ask a follow-up. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Turn one comment into a mini conversation. 6. Donโ€™t chase volumeโ€ฆ build momentum One Note that gets 5 real conversations > 10 that get ignored. Thatโ€™s how the algorithm starts paying attention.

Posting on Substack isnโ€™t the problemโ€ฆ so what is?
Thereโ€™s a reason that keeps happeningโ€ฆ and itโ€™s not what most people think. Weโ€™re breaking it down inside the Monetize Your Mission Mastermind this Thursday at 2pm MT โ€” and showing you how to turn your content into something that actually leads to conversations and clients. If your Substack feels like it should be workingโ€ฆ but isnโ€™t quite there yetโ€ฆ come join us inside the community โœจ
