Snapshot
Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something. When I described what I want to change, I started with my messy house and ended with "maybe my mind will be less cluttered." Turns out I've been treating those as two separate problems my whole life. They're not. Curious what the full report shows next.

I completed the snapshot. I had to leave and now I can't get back to it, or the other assessments. Where do I find them? Help I am computer illiterate.

Hi, my name is Tracy and I live in Ottawa, Canada. It's the Capitol City of Canada and has some extreme weather. Summers have many days where its +30 degrees celsius and winter it can go down to -25 to -30 degrees celsius. I've been diagnosed with adhd when I was 8 yrs old and it was dismissed as "she will grow out of it". I didn't grow out of it and was it rediagnosed at 43 yrs old. I would like to learn how to navigate life easier and improve my life.
