Bio: 28 years old - 90-day graduate 🙌. Even as a teenager, I didn’t thrive like this. 40kg loss. Active member of the community. Many non-scale victories.

Bio: Nature and animal lover. On here because I want to heal my body from the inside out after many years of over eating and current ongoing health issues.

Bio: 66 years old but feel like I’m 40 and so happy to be part of this amazing crew
