I posted a digital download, and someone bought it twice. One is a download, but the other order is to be shipped. I am not sure how that happened. I have double-checked the listing, and it is set up as a download and says that on the listing. I messaged the client to let her know that a shipped version is not available and I will refund her order, but I want to make sure this does not happen again. Any suggestions? So confused!

Hello All. Just wondering about all the parameters and features and software mentioned for upscaling images, in particular for me from MJ. I found a website that can convert and upscale PNGs. It's been talked often here about 300dpi creating the best images, however I'm not sure I understand if it's the same thing that this website can upscale my image to 4096 x 4096 x 8 magnification. The image still does not produce the best clear lines for a geometic pattern, however I wonder whether this is what the customer would see, or if I am being too picky about quality. I am quite lost with all the AI softwares, upscaling, cleaning designs and preparing to 300dpi for digital images on etsy. Thanks if you've read this far. 😁😂

Just wanted to share how I download my designs from Canva with 300 DPI. When downloading my image, I save it as PNG with a maximum Size of 3.125. After that I always open the PNG file in Paint (on PC) and go File - Image Properties to check the resolution. If the PNG file is too big (more than 20 MB for Etsy), I resize it in Paint (Resize and Skew button) by reducing the Pixels untill my file is 20 MB or less. This does not change the DPI. So all my designs are 300 DPI or more, because that's what I promise my customers. Same trick can be used if you are using Kittl and the AI upscaled image is too big. You can reduce your design's size in Paint without loosing the 300 DPI resolution before uploading to Etsy. Happy designing!
