I posted a digital download, and someone bought it twice. One is a download, but the other order is to be shipped. I am not sure how that happened. I have double-checked the listing, and it is set up as a download and says that on the listing. I messaged the client to let her know that a shipped version is not available and I will refund her order, but I want to make sure this does not happen again. Any suggestions? So confused!

Can anyone tell me the best aspect ratio to use in Ideogram if my final print format will be 8.5” x 11”? I’m currently generating in Ideogram and then assembling in Canva, but I’m wondering if Photoshop might be a better choice to maintain DPI and proper scaling. (I'm making Junk Journals)
