My biggest 2025 wholesaling goal is to get started! I'm still new on this journey. I think I'm just scared of failure. I'm the girl who isn't scared of risk. I will try anything to become successful, but I'm petrified of failure. I'm all I have. I don't want to let my kids down because people always let me down. But I just want to do something great! But I'm scared. I admit it! Because who do I have to depend on if it doesn't work out. Don't take this post as I'm looking for sympathy or making excuses, I just feel all alone on this journey. And that loneliness may become so overwhelming that I lose focus or drive. I can't get out of my own head sometimes and it affects me. I love the idea of being a boss! I love the idea of owing something I worked my ass off to get. Build my organization from the ground up. Make 100K a year or better. Staying locked in Rick and Zach and face my fears head on. Get a deal and quit my damn job because I hate that place. Thanks for reading🙏🏾

Scenario: You are a new wholesaler not on Xleads yet, and you want to find your niche in the business. What lists would you pull? Think from an experienced wholesaler talking to a newbie. Lead them in the right direction like damn I wish somebody would have told me that when I first started. Would you D4D first, put out bandit signs? Would you find buyers before you even find a deal? I have my office space, and I can dedicate 7-4 Monday thru Friday and by appointment on weekends to building my business and working with likeminded bosses who want to level up together.
