I did it! 🎉 Level 8, Firekeepers! 🔥
Honestly, I'm buzzing. I didn't come in chasing a badge. I came to learn, to connect, and to be part of a community of women who cheer each other on. The levels just crept up on me, one comment, one welcome, one conversation at a time. It turns out those small moments really do add up, so never underestimate a kind word. Thank you to every one of you who's replied, encouraged or chatted with me along the way. You made the climb fun. 💛 And yes, I've won a Premium Membership, so I'll be popping into the Q&A calls very soon! So tell me, what level are you on, and what's been your favourite part of the climb so far? Let's cheer each other on. Onwards and upwards, Firekeepers! 🚀🔥

Stop giving your Skool community more tiers and more options
Most Skool community owners think the fix for slow growth is more. More tiers, more price points, more ways to say yes. The problem with this is it confuses your own members. They don't know which tier to buy or what it'll actually get them. Instead of a clear yes, they hesitate. And when people hesitate, they don't buy. This leads to a community full of engaged people who never convert, months that stay stuck at $7K-10K, and you working way more hours than you should for the revenue you're bringing in. After growing my freemium Skool communities to 13,000+ members and going from $400 MRR to consistent $10K, $15K, and $20K months, here's what I'd do instead. Give your niche ONE clear offer built around one outcome, with everything else stripped away. This is because when there's only one decision to make, people actually make it. They're not stuck comparing tiers or wondering what's different. They just say yes. Which leads to higher conversions, more monthly recurring revenue, and a business that grows without you having to be online all day. You can think about it like this ⤵️ Do you want to keep offering more options and hoping someone picks one? Or would you prefer to give people one clear path to the result they want?

I have scaled my free offer back & increased the Premium offer. I did this recently so no results yet, but I am expecting better results in conversions.

🚫 [REPLAY] Plugging 5 Leaks in Your Freemium Community
WATCH THE REPLAY You probably SHOULDN’T come to this workshop if… ✔️Your Freemium community is already converting like crazy. ✔️Your Premium offer is perfectly priced. ✔️Your free members know exactly why they should upgrade. ✔️Your About page is packed with proof. ✔️And your community basically runs itself. 😂 But if there might be a leak (or five)… I’m breaking down the 5 biggest leaks I see when auditing Free → Paid communities and what I’d fix first. WATCH THE REPLAY Same community. Better model. More revenue.
