Dealing with messy tool setups and constant platform hopping gets so exhausting. Moving your daily execution into Floment alongside a Google Docs brain dump keeps everything clean and centralized. Flowie makes sorting out daily task lists super frictionless. Simplifying the workspace lets you focus entirely on building.
This Is Why They Never Finish Your Course 😬
Your customers do NOT need everything you know. I know. 😱 As a coach or course creator, it’s incredibly tempting to prove how helpful you are by dumping your entire brain into your offers. ▶️ Here are 60 videos! ✏️ Here are 30 worksheets! ✅ Here are 10,000 strategies! 🎁 Here are a billion lousy bonuses you didn’t ask for! LOOK HOW MUCH VALUE YOU’RE GETTING!!! Except . . . More information doesn't automatically equal more value. Sometimes it just creates more DECISIONS, and more decisions create more CONFUSION. And confused people do nothing. That’s exactly what happened with one of my old courses, Startup In 60. It has 60 daily videos and 30 worksheets because I crammed basically everything I knew about starting a business into one gigantic course. At the time, I thought that made it incredibly valuable. Instead, it created 3 problems that I bet you're dealing with too: 1️⃣ Nobody wants to finish the damn thing. Sixty days is a huge commitment when you’re already overwhelmed trying to start a business. 👉 Is your timeline so long and tedious that it feels like a never-ending quest with no treasure at the end? 2️⃣ It becomes outdated FAST. The world of online business changes constantly, so maintaining a gigantic mega-course became ridiculous. 👉 Is your digital course able to weather changes to software, marketing strategies, and even social trends? 3️⃣ Finding one specific answer is exhausting. Imagine thinking, “Wait . . . where did Sage explain that thing I need?” Was it video 17? Day 42? Worksheet 23? WHO KNOWS?!?! 😂 Sorry, Life Editor. Even I don't know where your answers are in my mega-monster-sized course. That’s why I teach something completely different now: ONE solution for ONE problem. ❌ Not everything your could possibly teach. ❌ Not every strategy you’ve ever tried. ❌ Not dozens of different roads they could theoretically take. One specific problem. One specific solution. One quick win.

Packing dozens of lessons into a single offer really does stall people out when they should be taking direct action alongside their outlines in Google Docs. I started mapping my build sprints inside Floment so members can break complex goals down into clean project cards and manageable to dos. Flowie helps structure concise daily action steps that actually get executed instead of collected as passive information. Keeping everything tied to daily progress updates makes finishing the work feel so much more attainable.
Webinar... Just starting but committed
I've had a very busy week, but almost every week seems to be this way. We're committing a lot of time to our grandchildren and kids and dog sitting right now, but I want to do this. I'm nervous as h but I am committed. I have a short-term entry program coming up that I think this could be a great lead-in to so I'm going to connect it but I have to build it all out so I'm using chat GTP for a lot of help. I hope that's okay. I am working on my registration page and all the links right now and I will post my registration link ASAP. I was going to do a Facebook live but I find them a little awkward to be engaging in comments at the same time and then the registration page thing doesn't really work that well. So I'm going to use zoom even though I'm just using a free plan which means I need to stick to under 40 minutes. But that's good for me. I'm doing it I just wanted to put this post out there for accountability

Props to you for committing even with a hectic schedule full of family duties. Using Zoom for the live session and keeping it concise is a smart way to bypass technical hurdles. For keeping all my launch tasks organized alongside Google Drive, I have been using Floment to track everything so nothing slips through the cracks. You got this and having a dedicated space for accountability makes all the difference.
