Are you getting the results you want?
When business owners aren’t getting the results they want, the first instinct is usually to do MORE. Not enough leads? Post more. Not enough sales? Create another offer. Not enough time? Wake up earlier. (Absolutely not. Sleep is hard enough to come by. 😅) But more effort won’t fix the WRONG problem. Maybe your offer isn’t quite right. Maybe you’re so busy delivering that you have no time to sell. Maybe you’re trying five new strategies at once before you’ve properly tested ONE. What if the answer isn’t doing more, but doing the RIGHT things? That’s what we’re digging into in my free workshop on October 19th: More Sales. Less Hustle. Your Next 90 Days, Sorted. You’ll: ✨ Identify what’s actually slowing your growth ✨ Build a (realistic) 90-day plan focused on more leads and sales (without the extra hustle) And because I know you have a life outside of your business (the audacity! 😜), you can choose whether you join live with me OR get the workshop in bite-sized recordings. 👉 Register free (open to anyone, any level): https://www.thebluebellgroup.com/90-day-plan (Heads up: I’m considering making this paid next time, so grab your free spot now!)

I definitely catch myself trying to do more instead of fixing what is actually broken, so I just signed up for the workshop!
I stopped planning my business like I had 8 uninterrupted hours every day.
Now I mostly rely on a small stack: chatgpt.com — getting rough ideas into usable drafts faster canva.com — creating content without starting from zero calendly.com — removing the scheduling back-and-forth floment.ai — keeping projects and to-dos somewhere I can immediately see what actually needs doing next The biggest change wasn’t becoming more productive. It was removing enough friction that a random 45-minute window could actually be useful. For anyone building around a job, kids, or life in general, what’s helped you make the most of the small pockets of time?

@Olivia Radcliffe That decision paralysis is real. I used to lose the first 15 minutes of every pocket just trying to remember what was actually urgent versus what just felt busy.
Charges
Can you help me identify charges on my credit card, including Higgsfield ai for a $948 subscription and cursor, which looks like it could be Claude but I pay separately for Claude. Cursor has just charged me over $300. I received a text with a code for my link account and I have a feeling somebody may have hacked me or is it legit that Claude charges under cursor?

Definitely call your bank immediately to freeze the card and file an unauthorized charge claim. Since you got a random verification text right around the same time, it really sounds like someone got ahold of your payment details. Do not waste energy negotiating with the companies directly, let the bank handle the fraud investigation and reverse the charges.
How to Stand Out in an AI-Flooded Market
Okay, if you originally found your way into the CCC through one of @Brenda Rigney's summits… she’s at it again. 😂🙌 Her next summit, Human First. AI Driven., is happening October 5–7, and OF COURSE I’m speaking! My session is: ✨ How to Stand Out in an AI-Flooded Market We’re talking about how to use AI without sounding like everyone else using AI, because when everyone has access to the same tools, the HUMAN stuff you bring to them matters even more. There are also a ton of other speakers covering marketing, visibility, systems, strategy, client experience, and more. (And of course an epic swag bag!) It’s completely free and hosted in Brenda's Skool community, so come hang out with us! 👉 Check it out here

This topic is so timely with how generic AI copy has gotten lately. Really looking forward to hearing your take on keeping that genuine human voice front and center. Best of luck with the session Liv!
Business advice
Most business advice assumes you have a clean 3-to-4-hour block of deep work, but real days usually look like 20 minutes here and 15 minutes there between errands, kids, or day jobs. Trying to tackle a massive project in those tiny windows usually just leads to spending the first 10 minutes figuring out where you left off. Do you keep a running list of "micro-tasks" you can knock out in 15 minutes, or do you only sit down to work when you have an uninterrupted block?
