So I got discouraged because some deals fell through I got sellers to agree to my price but had an issue finding cash buyers. If anyone can share any tips that can help me on my journey as I get back to it I would appreciate it.

Most people wouldn’t even understand the season. I don’t want to talk. I don’t want to text. I don’t want to hang out. I don’t want to do anything that isn’t an exchange of value. Time is our most valuable asset and people dying everyday. 👉🏾 Don’t be afraid to do something different. Fail fast. Nobody can hold you back more than yourself. Don’t live and die on somebody else’s terms. Don’t let nobody tell you what you can’t do. Play the long game. Be relentless. Be helpful. Be authentic. Pray like it all depends on God—and work like it all depends on you.

So had Propstream when I first started then I let it go so now I am wondering should I re-subscribe or do X-Leads. Looking for peoples experience because though their basic plan is $81 dollars and comes with alot it also stuff doesn't offer. Or is there other places you suggest. I tried sign up with rei skip tracing no matter what email use never got an email back so I just left that alone. Anything is welcome. Thank you in advance.

So from negotiating I realized I have no problem negotiating but finding cash buyers honestly is a bit of a struggle. I come across alot of people who want to daisy chain and pose as a buyer which I can sniff out through right questions. Anyone have any tips or suggestions. In the Georgia area honestly feel like should be easier I might be overthinking.
