Book Cover Creation
So, as we know, the book cover is your 24 hour salesman. What methods/software do you use to create your book covers? I realize that I can use AI and get the job done, but I'm wondering if there's a specific software, agent, or prompt that can streamline, and speed up the process, while delivering a worthy book cover. Cheers! 👍😊

@Tracey Hayden I'm leaning heavily on utilizing AI to make my covers. I believe the AI technology is already here to make pro covers. I just need to learn how to instruct the AI effectively (proper prompting). Thank you! 👍

@Andrew Expert Thanks for that! I'm looking to create covers for my own books, but not for other people (I don't want to offer it as a service). I suppose it would be a long-term skill, utilizing Ai effectively, but only for my own books! Cheers!👍
Hey Everybody! Tony from Canada here!
I'm basically a newbie in the KDP world. I'm going to focus initially, on medium content books, like puzzles etc. I'll be posting here when I get stumped, and also when I discover something worthy of sharing. Best of luck to all! 👍😊
An evolution I'm thinking about (and I want your honest take)
I've got something I wanna run past you, and I genuinely want your honest answer. When I started this channel it was all about self-publishing, and that's still a huge part of what I do. But the truth is I've never been only a self-publisher. I've built other businesses over the years, online and offline, because relying on one single way to make money has always felt risky to me. A lot of what I teach about KDP actually comes from general online business principles, things like how to sell digital products. So I'm considering an evolution. Turning the channel into more of a personal brand under my name, where I'm free to talk about everything I know, how to make money online with different methods, how to sell digital products, how YouTube works as a business, all of it, with KDP still right in the mix. Here's the part I think actually matters for you. When you understand all these business models, you stop seeing them as separate things and you start mixing them, using the advantages of each one together, and that's where the real money is. That's exactly what I do. Self-publishing is one of my main businesses, but it's not the only one, and the best thing I can show you is everything I do, not just the KDP slice of it. You'd get to see how the whole thing fits together. And honestly, I might show you more than just the business side. More of how I actually live, the day to day, because I think some of you would appreciate seeing that my life is pretty normal. I just have a different job than most people. It's a different way of living, but I'm a regular guy, and that's kind of the point, because if I can do this, you can too. Before I commit to anything though, I wanna hear from you ❤️

@Davide Altieri I completely relate to the idea of diversification of income. I've been in the real estate biz for over 40 years, and now that the real estate biz has gone terribly sideways (here in Canada, thanks to terrible policy), I have no secondary income. I have savings, Thank God, but if I had diversified decades ago, I'd be in a better position. I welcome the opportunity to see how you (a successful online entrepreneur) have set up your life with these profit centers. Cheers! 👍
