Just joined - thanks for having me. Quick intro: Agency owner from UK, been building white-label n8n agents for local businesses (Maps scraper, voice AI for missed calls that feeds GHL). Made all the mistakes - fragile prompts, no support, clients saying "AI is rubbish." Learning to do it properly now: fix one real problem, not sell "AI." 3 things that bit me building for local firms: 1. WABA buttons in n8n - need template approval + variable for booking ID. Don't sub SMS like I did early on - when 2 jobs are in pipeline owner can't tell which they're approving. 2. Use Wait + Webhook for HITL safety blanket - owner approves via WhatsApp buttons, n8n resumes flow. Means she keeps abreast and controls capacity. One tap Approve / Amend. 3. Add error workflow that pings you on Slack/Telegram. Especially for quote engines / invoice chasers for trades - client doesn't see failure, you fix before they know.
