Moms, business owners, women caring for a parent, women with big jobs. This week I made 2 changes. My product Lighter was in Notion. But some of my testers told me Notion was hard for them. They got stuck before they even started. So I made a simple version that just opens on their phone. And my community The Room to Breathe was paid. But I saw it was slowing everything down. These women are already tired. Paying to come in was one more decision for them. So from tomorrow, it’s free. What I learned: sometimes what’s inside is good. It’s just hard to get in.
