Top o Hour Friday May 22🥰
Good morning, Conquerors!! How is everyone this morning?? Last night was night 20 of Operation Dreamland! I DID bring Sudoku book with me to bed but did it for about 30 seconds before I heard a voice (in my head) loud and clear saying "turn off the light! I'm tired!" Haha! Also, I've noticed that right before I fall asleep, I get this chill in my body. So now when I feel that chill, I grab the covers and get into position haha. Fascinating! Key things to remember: this has been successful for 20 nights straight because I do NOT worry about outside noises, I do NOT worry about if I wake up during the night. I do NOT worry about if I immediately fall asleep. THAT has been a MASSIVE turning point for me. I focus ALL my attention and brainpower on getting g my butt IN bed WITHOUT phone by 10 pm. And yes it takes focus. It takes massive focus. And by "focus", I mean, writing it down. And keep FOCUSING on it. I'm still not getting enough sleep. But this is a massive massive start. That being said, it is 7:09 am. I found this music playlist "stumbled upon it" and it is inspirational and uplifting!
