Would you send this proposal to the trash? 🚮
When I joined this community, I wrote my intro post, where I described my situation at the time and what I was working on. Since then, things have obviously moved forward. I’ve already prepared a proposal for potential B2B partners. Before I put my skin in the game and take it to the market, I’d like to ask you for a few minutes of your time. Here’s the proposal: https://tapdust.com/offer/13b20456-435b-405a-b7c8-ae9e027d089b Take a look at it and try to understand what we’re offering, where you see the real value, and what your overall impression is. If you received this proposal as a potential partner, would it interest you? Or is there something that would disappoint you, make you lose interest, or send this email straight to the trash? Any honest feedback is appreciated 🤝

My Current Approach to Learning Faster 📝💨
During our first live session of “THE PULSE”, Jakub explained the idea behind the CommunityIndustry community and our current game plan for taking it to another level in a relatively short period of time. He was also showing you our platform Tapdust, which is another tool for compressing time, getting rapid access to information from your own portfolio, and understanding what is currently going on there. You don’t necessarily need to watch the full recording. Your time is limited, I get it, and 94 minutes is quite a lot. Instead, I recommend watching the first 30 minutes, mainly to get familiar with Jakub himself :) and his mission here. During the call, Jakub asked me if I could answer three questions. The first question focused on what caught my attention that week. The second was about what I was currently working on, and the third was about the current members of our community. Who gave me some value, caught my attention, etc. For the third question, I mentioned Mason's post. I was able to connect with him in the comment section and give him a few tips on how to get more members into his own Claude Code community. There’s no need to go deeper into my answers here because you can hear them in the recording. What really mattered to me was the first question and Jakub’s advice. I was working on LEVEL 1 in Community Investment Mastery, especially on improving my empathy. I see empathy as a solid foundation for building relationships that last more than two years and also for connecting individuals with each other. I strongly believe in the power of education. That means I love self-improvement, personal growth, and constantly learning new things. For me, it’s not just about reading a book and saying, “Yeah, that was a really great book.” And then what? What’s the next step? I like expanding my horizontal knowledge so I can build strong context and understand as much as possible across different areas. But when I find something I genuinely want to become an expert in, then obviously I’ll go much deeper.

@Deborah Njoku Exactly. This way you're leveraging your input (the limited time you dedicate to it) to gain more knowledge. That's just great👌
We’re hiring a Collective Intelligence Analyst
This is a unique External Problem Solving collaboration within our Community Funded Research initiative, focused on the Community Industry. It’s fully remote, and we don’t care when or where you work, as long as you work when your brain works best. The workload is up to 4 hours per day because we know what cognitive overload from too much information and data feels like, as well as the emerging phenomenon of AI brain fry. Take exceptionally good care of your brain and keep it sharp as a razor. We believe protecting your mental energy is part of doing great work, not something you do after work. That’s also why we care about results, not hours. We don’t care whether you do the work yourself or use a team of AI agents. If you find a quantum hack and solve in 30 minutes what others would spend a week doing, you won’t be penalised for it. We care about quality, accuracy and usefulness. You remain responsible for the output, and the only thing we don’t tolerate is AI slop. GET PAID $2,000 PER MONTH TO HACK THE OLD SYSTEM WITH US We’re not hiring you to simply maintain what already exists. We’re looking for someone who wants to help us hack the old way of organising knowledge, talent and intelligence in the Community Industry. We’re building an open community where thousands of conversations, ideas, people, opportunities and signals are constantly being generated. The challenge is turning this chaos into structured collective intelligence that becomes more valuable over time. Your job is to help us find better, faster and smarter ways to solve this problem. You’ll help us continuously improve how we capture, organise, connect and extract value from what our members contribute. This includes: 1) Helping develop the 5 Levels of Community Investment Mastery by filtering through discussions created by our amazing members, identifying the valuable insights and hidden gems, and placing them into the right sections and subpages of the structure.

Spot on breakdown @David Zoey. Love the systems-first mindset here 🤝
THE PULSE 〰️
Starting tomorrow, we’re launching a new weekly live session for our tribe. Every Sunday at 7 PM CET, we’ll go through our community feed and discuss the most interesting posts, ideas and conversations live. Then we’ll zoom out and look at what’s happening beyond our community. Interesting signals, people, projects, trends and developments worth paying attention to. Finally, we’ll go through the latest opportunities on Tapdust.com, our private community marketplace. The official part is 30 minutes, but we may stay longer depending on the mood. I’ll start even if nobody joins. Each session will be recorded and the folder for recordings is already available in Classroom → Industry Knowledge, so you can come back to any session whenever it suits you. The sessions are also already in our community calendar. Feel free to save them to your own calendars. The upcoming session is also shown in the feed, and when the time comes, you can join directly from the main feed with just a few clicks (see the third image). Joining live has one big advantage, though. You can bring your own signals to the table. Share what’s happening in your community, talk about a project you’re working on, highlight something interesting you’ve discovered, or simply ask our tribe for help. No slides. No prepared presentations. Just the things worth talking about right now. Community feed. Industry signals. Tapdust opportunities. See you in The Pulse.

Talent scouting is open!
We’ve opened several new sections in the Classroom, with the most important one being Talent Scouting. I’ve also shared on LinkedIn why we decided to get into this. If you’re looking for a better job opportunity or community-related projects, take inspiration from my personal intro and we’ll add you to the section, then start matching you with opportunities and selling your services. You deserve a better job and better pay for what is expected of you.

@Jakub Pacanda Imagine spending 9–12 months trying to find the "ideal candidate", even if you eventually do, you’ve lost almost a whole year in the process. That's why I like this approach so much. You're not just saving a company money and team energy, but most importantly, their TIME. I bet this is going to completely change the hiring process in the community world. And who knows, Jakub, you might have just laid the first foundation stone for transforming the whole HR space 🧱😁

Cool! @Deborah Njoku Out of curiosity, what makes this approach resonate with you so much? Do you see traditional hiring as the main bottleneck for community roles right now, or is there another angle why you think this model will (or won't) work?
