Hello from Vienna! Im Tomas, 32yo IT technician with usual backpain/posture problems which led me to a path of constant trainings. Eventually i ended up in calisthenics so during past 3 months i finished basic calisthenics training and build up some muscle, technique basis + some nutrition basics as well. Im following Raphael as his training style seems to be super fun and wants to check if his program would be also something for me. My goal for next 4 months - loose little bit more weight and work on advanced techniques - L-sit, muscle up, handstand, frog pose. Uploading photo of my progress during last 3 months.
