For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1.  Play Sunday men's league baseball 2.  Take my kids to their eventful activities 3.  Take naps when I get the chance Question: if anyone has already started their dispatching business, what has been the most challenging part of it?

Ride to Memphis this weekend and there was some pretty harsh rain conditions through out the entire Arkansas corridor of I40 East. Torrential downpours. There were at least 5 Semi’s completely flipped over. Had me thinking about how the weather is a variable that we must consider when routing our drivers. I wonder if the dispatcher they used even considered it. Or, just put their driver in those horrible conditions without regard to them, their families or lives. We have a duty to be decent to one another as humans. We have a higher responsibility when we serve others to ensure we never put them into harms way. Let’s be better. Let’s do better. Because those we serve deserve it. So does your reputation, and your conscience.
