Distance Management!
Hey, Atiko bro can you plz make video on in & out movement and distance management seperatly.. i am 5.7 and i am looking forward to canelo style mexican counterpunching do you have any suggessions for me...i am just starting out late 17 year old...

@G Abbas Derante Haha, thanks. I was always fascinated by boxing and regret never starting sooner. My knees don’t thank me now of course, and I don’t have the same flex or ‘whip’ in my hips as when I was younger, and obvs I’ll never be able to compete, but it is never too late to try something new. If nothing else I’m learning a new skill and staying fit at the same time. Also helps ofc that Atiko is a great trainer :)

I will make one bigger video with all of your guys clips in so you can pick up tips from what I’m telling others as I know you’ll all benefit from seeing other peoples mistakes and how to correct them. Click on the Classroom tab to watch the tutorials. As of right now you’ll see a tab called ‘The Basics’ Go through and watch all 4 of the videos under that tab before moving onto anything else in the near future. 👊🏼
