Question For All
Not much topic related but I'm here with full transperancy of how I conduct my life, and I'm making improvements in all life aspects which obviously include wealth. There is also a large aspect of discipline in running an investment portfolio so I've had the thaught: Would you like me to share my portfolio here? Let me know in the comments if you'd like to see certain insights about my portfolio, my thesis or anything else. Not a financial advisor of course.

Showing up even when you donโ€™t feel like it
Last night and this morning was difficult to be productive. I needed to post a YouTube video and do a long run I had scheduled on my calendar and the last thing I wanted to do was take action. Even though I felt tired and wanted to procrastinate, I still took action and even though I didnโ€™t feel 100% doing it, I feel incredibly proud after taking action anyway. This makes me realize that what really matters is doing the work even when you donโ€™t feel like itโ€ฆ not when you feel super inspired and energetic. How do you handle situations like this?

I get in. And do it. Those times I don't measure my progress. All that matters was did I do or not. So by doing it, I win ( at that task)
Do You Feel Stuck?
I wanna know if you feel like you make real progress, if you don't feel stuck - how is this progress seen? If you do - why?

The Lie Of "Be Yourself"
Such a contraversial title most have some explain so, I'm not here to tell you obviusly copy anybody - just hear me out till the ending. First, none of us is a complete product, we constantly change, adjust and improve. What leads to those changes? Stuff we see people doing that is better than we currently do and then learn from them, problems we eventually solve that shift our way of thinking. It doesn't mean we copy anything or anybody, just complete missing parts of the puzzle of our character. Second, how is your starting character was built? You copied certain parts from your environment, some genes went into action and that's it. So why is it wrong to do later? How do we learn otherwise? I'm obviously not preaching for you to copy anybody or anything like that - I do claim that our identity is built by genes and taking to our character certain behaviours we've seen in others and liked (or just absorbed without noticing). So, try to do this conciously, see what behaviours you want too for yourself and absobrb, have a clear why behind it - that's the way to improve. Do you agree with me or see things differently?

For me, if it's beneficial and useful in the future take it. Use it. Become strong. Also something controversial or new things comes your way, you pause, think , even try it's good then you can change.if it isn't throw it away. MY TAKE is : Be yourself means aligning with your values and goals with open mind ,also if something push us to go against it we must stand out ground.
Weekly Progress Log | Nov 17 to Nov 23
Showing up and stacking disciplined reps this week. I just wrapped up my second full week back into consistent running after a long break, and the body is responding well. Total Distance: 35.99 km Key Sessions: โ€ข Broken mile intervals โ€ข Pyramid interval session โ€ข Two recovery runs โ€ข Long run to close out the week โ€ข Lifting sessions layered in for strength and durability Energy feels stable, legs are adapting, and the mix of aerobic work plus strength is building a solid base again. Logging everything and zooming out weekly gives me clarity on how Iโ€™m progressing and where to adjust. This upcoming week the focus is simple: stay consistent, keep the volume manageable, and keep sharpening the basics. If anyone else is tracking mileage or layering strength with conditioning, Iโ€™d love to see how your week went too.
