Transformation sat
We always talk about and show our physical transformations, but today I want to hear how you've mentally transformed during this journey.

The weight/fat loss has been great but the mindset shift is what I’m most excited about. I love the food I eat, look forward to my workouts, and adore my post dinner walks to make sure I hit my 10k steps. None of it is a task but just the way I now live.
I forgot
Its also father's day month so a pair of beats studio bud pros 4 are also being given away on father's day. Post in here if you're a dad that's the only requirement.

Girl dad in the house!
Blood work
Has anyone used this or another company similar? Is it handy for keeping up with labs if you hate going to the doctor?

Unfortunately Algorx doesnt offer services in NJ and seemingly Quest will cost me a couple hundred dollars for a complete test, is that the going rate?
Cagrilintide vs Eloralintide
Everybody keeps saying these amylin based drugs are the future but honestly I’m not really sold on them yet. Yeah they crush appetite but for a lot of people it almost goes too far. Some of these compounds make people feel like their stomach completely stopped working. No hunger at all sounds great on paper until you feel flat, tired, nauseous and can barely eat enough protein to hold onto muscle. I’m personally more interested in sustainability and body composition long term not just who can make the scale move the fastest. Food noise reduction is great. Better adherence is great. But if someone feels miserable all day or can’t train hard anymore I don’t really see that as the future either. I think eventually the real answer is going to be finding the balance: - appetite control - muscle retention - performance - energy - tolerability not just “stronger appetite suppression.” That’s just my take on where this stuff is headed.

Definitely a misconception that GLP's are merely "diet pills" Reta gave me clarity of reducing food noise and didnt suppress my appetite for clean, healthy and great tasting foods. I guess I'm fortunate that I entered the space with a little education about it, knew it was a process and not a solution
Creatine
Does anyone take creatine daily?... is it a pre workout or just a daily supplement for the gym days...? Also, brands and recommendations???

I started it 2 weeks ago, put on a couple lb's but also have been moving a little more weight and today held a plank for 5 minutes, which may not be a lot, but it is really good for me. (Previously 4:25 was best)
