@Jeff Fordice in 10 sets of 1-minute, mixed in with my WOD sets.
Burpee Challenge Day 1
I wanted to give myself a bit of a challenge for the challenge. So, I did my Performance track workout first, and then went with my wife for our usual 5 mile bridge walk. After we got home, I wanted to do 10 burpees EMOM with 20 for the last minute to hit 100. My body said different. I ended up with 83. I plan on getting those missing 17 burpees sometime during the week. I recorded my first 10 and thought I recorded my last few, but I was wrong.

Lungs are burning after this one. 73 burpees post shift tonight. Not the nicest ones out there, but they're getting done. Stacking wins, earning results.

Heck yeah! Way to knock them out!
7 days of burpees
Didn’t get my burpees in this morning before or after my workout. So I did them tonight and got 117 in 10 minutes. It didn’t cross my mind to record myself as I see everyone else remembered🫣 so from here on out I’ll make sure to be posting my totals with a video!!

I chose to be in the PERFORMANCE (BEGINNER) GROUP After being hit hard by allergies to begin the week, I was able to get in three good days of working out. My body was happy for the rest I was able to get and used it as a reset to begin the first week (completing the first two days) of Group training. WEEKLY CHALLENGE 2 Second ramp-up challenge: I chose the 150-minutes of intentional movement, completing 165-minutes in the three days after being under the weather. Jumping back on the Peloton was my “activity I don’t normally do” - I neglected it over the last couple of months. I wanted to make sure I put it back into the routine. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DeptRRhhC6H/?cplk=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ==

@Kevin Anspach thanks! I was reading your posts earlier in the week about hacking your lungs out to get warmed up for working out. I tried to use that as motivation to do something … that something was sleeping. I really wanted to hit 450-minutes this week, but the wind stirring crap up made my body say otherwise.
