Gamification of my workouts!
I’ve started using Zwift to gamify my workouts. It’s still hard. It still hurts. But I’m enjoying it far more than traditional training. The real test won’t be now — it’ll be in a few months: - Am I still doing it? - Has my fitness actually improved? That’s where gamification either proves itself… or doesn’t. I’ll keep sharing how it goes. 👇 Anyone here used Zwift or other gamified fitness apps long-term?
