In March of 2019 my first daughter was born. 1 Year later, in March 2020 Things started to get super weird in Canada And by October of 2020 at the height of lockdowns me and the dude in that picture decided to move our families to Mexico… and go into business together. I’d already built a business that gave us Location freedom… … But we were still figuring out that financial and time freedom part The biggest unlock for both came about almost by accident. As we were selling all our stuff, Packing up and moving to Mexico my life was in total transition. I had… ❌ No Desk ❌ No Office ❌ No Predictable Schedule ❌ No Reliable Wifi. Chaos. To put it simply. And yet … I still had to sell coaching to fund everything. (Back then, I did not know about the power of MRR Business models) So one day, I sat down at a coffee shop and spent the next 4 hours sketching out the very best coaching offer I could think of… I poured into it all the principles and lessons I’d learned from 20 years in sales and 5 years of mentorship from some of the very best online marketers in the space today. And I had my first Simple, 1 Page Offer Doc. Then, I made a warm list of people I had some relationship with and reached out right away, asking if they’d be willing to give me feedback on the offer I had just created. Many did… and many asked if they could join. That simple 1-page offer doc brought in 10 clients—$30k—without any sales calls, funnels, or fancy systems. Just a powerful offer, a warm list, and a deep desire to help with my unique skills and gifts. Since then, I’ve refined it into the *6P Framework* and have sold 386 coaching clients into my programs over the last few years with the same single page. It’s surprisingly simple, but there’s a bit of nuance to getting it just right. Want to give it a try?
