Bio: Hi! I can’t count how many times I have been there and done this, but let this journey get me to my goal and the ability to maintain it.

Bio: Nature and animal lover. On here because I want to heal my body from the inside out after many years of over eating and current ongoing health issues.

Bio: A 57 yr old now post 90 days. Lost 35 pounds & reversed T2 diabetes including retinopathy, long term high BP amongst other ailments. I’m still WIP 😍
