I've a powerlifting competition on November 26. I need to be 66Kg or under in order to make my desired weight class. A year ago at this time I was 74kg. For my 70th birthday, this past March, I committed to dropping those 8Kg, and have done so quite effortlessly. If anyone wants help dropping a few unwanted kilos, just let me know here...
