14 Plex CLOSED!
Took awhile but we got it done! This is our second MF building after partnering on a 6 plex earlier this year. Excited to get working on the improvements!

Greetings to all! New to the group on Tuesday. From NW Ohio near Toledo. 25 yrs General Contractor, Journeyman Carpenter, Sales. Not new to real estate but new to multifamily. Going to own them vs. build and work on them. Ciao' for now.

@Patrick Laffey thanks Patrick. Ready to get into some "Cap X" apartment acquisitions. Though I wont be bringing the majority of the money initially, Im thankful to be be bringing some skills along that will finally pay off for me, if used correctly.
