I’ve been running SMS blasting campaigns for the past 4 months. We’re getting seller responses and having conversations with property owners, but so far we haven’t been able to close a deal. I’d really appreciate some advice from those who are consistently getting deals through SMS marketing. What does your process look like from start to finish? - How do you choose your lists? - How many texts do you send daily? - How do you handle follow-ups? - What are the biggest mistakes to avoid? - What helped you start closing deals consistently? I closed my first wholesale deal today. I just wanted to bring the WIN to the community. it was a 3/2 1440 sq ft PROBATE property. I only made 3k on it, got it locked up at 162 found a investor used all the steps in the videos ( probate list, Zillow for investor) I didn't use any money except the $500 to put the contract in escrow for title. sold it for 165K it closed today.
