Habits
As our daily habits dictate our success, I created a simple sheet for people to use. At first, I though I would only keep it for my clients to be honest. But I think it can benefit many people to have a clear overview of what they do every single day. So here it is! https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1LQje1ZoE6C9fREZD4FAZ_7TqyyB8zcXS_uDoE11Lq1Y/edit?usp=sharing

@Christopher Gunnell Funny! No coincidence in my opinion. A sign from the universe to start tracking and stacking up those wins day by day. Are there habits you might be missing due to not having awareness?
Being fully present with your family and actually enjoying a stress free Christmas because you're mindful and at peace within. ...Priceless...
Work is in its final stretches. Family meet ups are constant. Collecting presents and thinking of ideas is on your mind often. Studies show that half the workforce of the world thinks that December is the most stressful time of the year. Even though it should be a time of contemplation. You’re even more irritated about traffic. Stop. Breathe. Allow present moment awareness into your life. Focus on your bodily sensations. Focus on the emotions in your stomach. Focus on the breath. Your lungs. The airflow in your nose. Let stress leave your body. Your wife and kids will appreciate it more than you think. So here's a little resource that you guys will find helpful to clear your head...and breathe. https://cloud-limburger-07b.notion.site/Beyond-Thought-149698c25ecb807b8634ca20ff465479

@Christopher Gunnell A client of mine used the title "instant meditation", which I think fit it quite well. Have you been able to implement that into your day to day a little bit?
You’re just shifting gears
Like a car, you need to hit neutral before you hit the higher gear. Bad spots or failure just mean you’re about to level up. Keep pushing! ⚒️

People from the US won't understand this post 😂
Today I will choose to be happy..
From the book “The Traveler's Gift” by Andy Andrews - The 5th Decision for Success…. “Happiness is a choice. Happiness is the end, result of certain thoughts and activities, which actually bring about a chemical reaction in my body. Reaction results in a euphoria that, while elusive to sum, is totally under my control.” (I wrote in the margin next this part that for me, I’m finding that Gratitude is more and more a part of this.) —————————- “Within moments of awakening, I will laugh for seven seconds. Even after such a small period of time, excitement has begun to flow through my bloodstream. I feel different. I am different! I am enthusiastic about the day. I am alert to its possibilities. I am happy!” (This one does work, I usually do it quietly as I think of funny family moments / memories, but I need to actually make this a habit every day and not just on a Friday morning - since this 5th decision, I read every Friday morning.) 😊 —————————— “Laughter is an outward expression of enthusiasm, and I know that enthusiasm is the fuel that moves the world. I laugh throughout the day. I laugh while I am alone, and I laugh in conversation with others. People are drawn to me because I have laughter in my heart. The world belongs to the enthusiastic, for people will follow them anywhere.” 😂 (I do laugh on my own for sure and I always did it so naturally on my job with my students / players. I miss those moments for sure.) 🥹 ——————————— Last one… it’s a big passage but essential reminder for me… thanks for reading all of this 😆… “When I choose to smile, I become the master of my emotions. Discouragement, despair, frustration, and fear will always wither when confronted by my smile. The power of who I am is displayed when I smile. Today I will choose to be happy. I am the possessor of a grateful spirit. In the past, I have found discouragement in particular situations until I compared the condition of my life to others less fortunate. Just as a fresh breeze cleans smoke from the air, so a grateful spirit remove the cloud of despair. It is impossible for the seeds of depression to take root in a thankful heart.”

Yes, absolutely. It is a choice. And when you choose to allow every emotion that is within you instead of repressing it. If you actively look for things in your past holding you back and letting them go. You will experience inner peace and joy. Which is even better than happiness.
Not being true to myself
I get momentum and then I let it slide. I feel the external distractions daily. I know what needs to be done, I just can’t get the ball rolling. I know all the rules, I know all the things that need to be handle. I’ve done it before, where’s the drive? I have to get obsessive with the process.

Hi Corey, I can totally relate to that! As entrepreneurs, the hardest part is sometimes to keep going and do the things we KNOW we should do. Self sabotage can really cripple us in subtle, but noticeable way. Use the tool I built for myself and my clients down here. Hope it helps! 😊 https://cloud-limburger-07b.notion.site/Self-Sabotage-d7b9e085b98946369609e5cc5d9d7bb6
