when doing the module 4 homework, it asks to assess where you are now, then build -reverse engineer- what your daly plan is. My question, I was 8:1 last 2 years in close rate, this year I am 26:1, yes that's hard to share but not embarrassed anymore since that is why I am doing the daly work. But building a daly plan is very different in those two scenarios, so I have my new believe, do I believe I am the 7:1 or do I use current ratio? I know this is just a tool you are having us work from, but my logical/kpis brain is telling me one thing where my belief is telling me something different...
