Per diem question
Anyone know the per diem rate for decon and/or Jr RP for WH? Is it the same regardless where you travel or does it change based on site/state/city? Just trying to get an idea of what to expect as I try to get assigned to outages.

Brand new potential RP with general questions
Hello! Thank you for creating this, your step by step guide that you created previously was very helpful, and I am excited to be part of this community. I have a few questions, and will most likely have many more to follow. I called and emailed Westinghouse recruiters to start my RP journey, then one day I got an email inviting me to the training modules. I actually have not spoken to anyone yet, or done any onboarding, is this normal? I am assuming that once I have passed the modules, then I will speak to someone? How much math is involved once you actually start the position? I am studying for the exam, and my brain is not hardwired for math. I honestly do not think I will be able to memorize any of these math formulas. If I am given the formula and do it on a regular basis, I think I will be fine, but I know I am just going to fail all the math portions of this test. Say I go to a plant to do the FUN1 exam, I pass (yay), then they immediately give me the NISP test, and I fail that, does that mean I won't work at the plant as RP but as Decon?
