Going to attempt the 7 day mental toughness challenge
In Module 7 Lesson 1 of the course, Johannes talks about doing the 75 Hard challenge for 7 days and tracking your progress. That's what I am going to attempt to do this week. This includes: 2 x 45 min workouts per day 10 pages of non fiction reading per day Eating clean A gallon of water per day 1 progress pic per day Posting here for accountability.
