Why do I suck at selling? Your thoughts?
Hi guys something i've stuuggled with for a long time - selling. That's why I love doing the marketing bit. Anyway I've had around 30 sales calls in the last 3 months (thanks to the webinars) Biggest insight so far I've had is to stop talking and ask questions. Anyway wondering what your biggest problem with sales is? Volume? Price? Or Maybe an objection....(Already have an existing IT service provider?) Comment below. I cover how i've been getting these sales calls in my latest youtube vide.

Do you suck at selling or is the avatar wrong. Being on holiday in Bali I have had time to wonder. If our pipeline / funnel is not full enough we “sell” to anyone and think we suck. I bet if you had only ICP you would not even think your are “selling” but solving their problem :-) Given that it is unlikely to be 100% happy with the pipeline how can you change your language to accept you are helping those who do not buy understand the problem and what a solution might be.

@John K sorry building profile and authority is an excuse to not sell. You do not need FUD ( Fear, uncertainty and doubt) to engage the right people who currently have the problem you can solve. Getting the repetition in is the only way to overcome inertia. I start our SDRs on 1-10 user businesses until they can talk and answer without feeling nervous. Work out exactly who you can help (what problem you solve for them and why you) and post it here. It will really limit you market size but you will feel natural speaking to them.
Tim's Webinar funnel AI Projects> MRR Contract
Hi guys caught up with @Tim Clarkson he's been running in-person events. Started work with him recently on the top of the funnel which are webinars and a team of 4 SDRs - we go deep into complete breakdown of his pipeline funnel and how he's winning AI projects with new clients. SDR+Webinars > In person Event > AI Project > MRR Contract

@Andy Price here :-). We can catch up I would be interested in testing the UK market. I have seen so many differences between just Australia and Nee Zealand.
What AI services are you selling?
3 big areas I see questions around in the MSP space: 1) How to get customers interested in AI 2) What to sell/how to sell 3) How to deliver (and train staff /find right people to deliver) big questions - whats the sticking point for you? And what do you think you have right?
