@Joey Romeu ,thanks. i only do weights and that is dumb bell exercise. I mainly do boxing training as for me it is an whole body exercise. I thought I was fit until a did 3x 2 minute round sparring- blew me head casket. ahaha. I was gassed out totally. Now i do 10x 2 minute sparring rounds at least 3 tomes a week and for me mentally it does me so good, even at the time is "sod this why am i doing this". i love the feeling after, and I am addicted to running. this is a great group look forward to what coming on here
