Hey @Tim Atyeo - great to have you here! I love Wales, used to spend a lot of time in Bangor in the north too many years a go! Very cool what you do, sounds fascinating! Fitness also saved my life at one point too, which is why I do what I do! Wow, I used to do Jiu Jitsu as well, great sport, sounds like you're pretty active! Do you also do much strength training?
