As I wrote out my stream of consciousness this morning I noticed that I didn’t feel like I had to do anything to keep anchoring in the flow. I realized stillness doesn’t mean I’m stuck in one place for too long but that stillness helps me to stay present. 🎁 It’s a gift to myself to reset and it keeps me in a beautiful rhythm and flow.

I am celebrating a few things today: the way that my stream of consciousness works is through my voice, and which is why I absolutely love voice lead everything. After last night’s call, I woke up this morning, feeling more joyful, more playful, and my creativity has returned, and I feel more bold and more confident and more at peace with what I’m doing. I am no longer putting myself in any boxes just to build my vision and build my life the way that I want. I realized also that I have been in a chaotic state for the last three years because I have been forcing myself to come up with things to create to build my business, and I lost myself in the process. Today on my podcast and with a post that I created from my story about identity and not knowing I was biracial until I was 13 the words just poured out and they are coming from a place of knowing like that deep knowing without waiver. It feels good to be back and it feels good to find myself again

This is right outside my front door today! I received a miracle to get out of overthinking too!!!

Wow! I realized I was operating from fear, performance and chaos. I now see how unconditional love helps me to stay in flow, joy, excitement and I can feel that now and I can stop putting pressure on myself to build my life in strict strategies. I’m on my way to my vision of free graceful poised excited and confident
