July is almost over, Quick question for everyone 👇
Hey everyone, As we're getting close to the end of July, I thought it would be a great time to check in with the community. How has this month been for you in your AI automation journey? Have you landed a new client? Built or shipped a new AI automation? Learned a skill that completely changed how you work? Or are you still trying to figure out what direction to take? I'd also love to know: What's been your biggest challenge this month, and what are you planning to focus on in August? I think hearing everyone's wins, lessons, and struggles could help a lot of us who are on similar paths. Looking forward to reading your experiences and learning from them.

Real talk for a second.
January is almost over. And if we’re being honest, some of us came into 2026 with big plans, but haven’t really moved the needle yet, Just I’ll go harder next month. And now February is around the corner. Here’s the uncomfortable truth, February won’t magically be better unless YOU are. Most people don’t fail because they’re lazy. They fail because they: - Overthink - Wait for motivation - Don’t ask questions - Don’t take messy action So let me ask you (be honest with yourself): What’s the ONE thing you said you’d do in January but didn’t? What’s actually stopping you right now, clarity, confidence, or consistency? If February ended exactly like January…would you be okay with that? This community is full of people who want more so, let’s not lurk, let’s talk.

@Ai Mentora Absolutely agree with you,That shift from waiting to feel ready to actually shipping something visible changed everything for me. For me, the biggest wins didn’t come from perfect plans, they came from putting things out early, getting feedback, and adjusting in real time. Momentum really does stack when you stay in motion. Curious about your journey so far, what have you been shipping lately? Are you building, testing, or still refining your process right now? Would love to hear what’s been working (and what hasn’t) for you
Introduction
Hey everyone! 👋 I’m excited to join the AI Automation Agency Hub community!A big thank-you to Liam Ottley and the admin team for accepting my request. I’ve been looking forward to connecting with like-minded people who are building, scaling, or improving their AI automation agencies. A little about me: I’m diving deep into the AI automation space and looking to learn, share ideas, and collaborate with others who are on the same path. I’m especially interested in understanding what systems, tools, and workflows people here have found most effective when building offers and delivering automations for clients. What’s one thing you wish you had known when you first started your AI automation journey?Could be about client acquisition, service delivery, niche selection, or even mindset. I’m curious to hear your answers. Looking forward to learning from all of you and contributing where I can!

@Lily Liam Welcome to the community, One thing I wish I knew when starting my AI automation journey is how important it is to clearly define a niche first. It not only makes client acquisition easier but also allows you to tailor your systems and workflows for maximum impact. Curious to hear from others, what niche ended up being the most rewarding for you when starting out?
SaaS Automation
Hey guys, I wanted to ask you something. I’m thinking about starting my own agency that provides solutions for SaaS businesses, so I was wondering if Liam ever made a video about this, or if any of you have some advice.

@Mohamed Khalaf Great question! Liam has shared bits about SaaS automation in a few of his trainings, but I don’t recall a full video specifically on building an agency around it. From what I’ve seen, the key is starting with one clear problem you can automate for SaaS founders and proving the results fast. For those already running something similar here, what’s one lesson you’ve learned that could help everyone thinking about starting a SaaS-focused agency?
