Hello everyone, I’ve been reaching out to businesses doing cold mails LinkedIn messages, but there is no reply from anyone So, I want to know what is the best way to outreach businesses like dental clinics and what’s the strategy behind it. If anyone has experience in the dental clinic niche, I would love to connect with them and know some insights!
Looking for an experienced developer to build an AI voice receptionist for dental clinics. System should: - Answer calls - Book appointments - Handle cancellations & rebooking - Send appointment reminders - Send Google review requests Requirements: - Prior experience building AI voice agents - Proof of real projects or client work Send demos or previous work if interested.
They’re failing because indecision feels safer than commitment. I see this constantly. Owners “play” with AI tools. They test prompts. They watch demos. They bookmark ideas. But they never install a real system that actually runs part of the business. Not because they can’t — but because choosing feels risky. Overwhelm isn’t the problem. Fear is. Fear of breaking the customer experience. Fear of choosing the wrong tool. Fear of adding complexity to an already busy team. Fear of not being technical enough. Here’s the truth: AI doesn’t replace trust or judgment — it replaces hesitation and manual effort. The companies winning with AI didn’t wait until they felt ready. They picked one workflow, automated it, and learned by running it live. You don’t need more knowledge. You need one decision. If you’re still “playing” with AI, ask yourself: What part of your business would immediately improve if humans stopped doing it manually?
I will agree to this a 100% I'm the same kind of person that he just mentioned in your post and I would love to take some advice of tips from you so that I can grow and know what not to do.
ive got a simple ai recep here with only two tools, check_avaliability and book_appointment, is it better to have them on the same workflow or diffrent, it seems to be easier to look and and keep track on the same one but does it effect performace?? or is the best course of action to make two diffrent active workflows? Im using vapi and n8n if that helps at all.
