I officially stopped working on January 20th 2026 and have not worked since due to my various issues., hence the February 3 rd 2026 disability filing. I have been working with Tarajee since March and she has been a godsend. Thanks to you I have her in my corner as my representative. !!!!

My name is Thomas age 61 in Texas. I filed for disability benefits on February 3 2026. I have been a warehouse/ forklift operator for over 30 years and was at my last job 18 years (2008-2026) but unfortunately was unable to continue working due to my various issues. I have 4 bulging discs(L2-L5), copd, foot neuropathy and suffer from serious anxiety among other things. I had neck fusion in 2004, and sciatica procedure in 2010. Despite this I continued to work out of necessity as I’m sure people can relate to. Anyone in or familiar with warehousing knows that over time it takes a toll on your body. In my career I unloaded over 8,000 inbound loads and loaded out about 10,000 outbounds. The physical toll on my neck, back, and feet/ legs is ridiculous to say the least. In 2024 my issues became worse and in 2025 sought medical care and long story short here I am.
