Second location in Houston – how does sales recruiting work in the US?
Hey everyone, quick background: We're an E-Commerce coaching company based in Germany, already doing 8 figures in the german-speaking region. We just opened our second location in Houston, Texas to take our business international. Now we're tackling the next big step: building a sales team on the ground. We're looking for experienced Openers, Setters and Closers. Since this is our first time recruiting in the US, I'd love to get some input from the community. A few questions that are on my mind: – Where do you find strong sales people in the US? Which platforms, groups or channels work best? (Indeed, LinkedIn, specific sales communities?) – What does typical compensation look like? Base salary + commission? Straight commission? What's standard for Openers/Setters/Closers in the coaching space? – Remote vs. in-office – what works better? Do most sales teams in this industry work fully remote or is having an office a real advantage? – W-2 employee or 1099 contractor – what's more common in this space? We're bringing a proven product and a sales system that already works at scale – now it's about translating that to the US market. I'd appreciate any insights, whether it's your own experience or solid connections. Feel free to drop a comment or shoot me a DM! Thanks 🙌

@Mehran Khan Thank you Mehran! Is it common for sales staff to work in the office every day or remotely?
Deduplication Meta
How well does event deduplication work for you in Meta? I integrated the FB pixel via Tag Manager using code, and deduplication doesn't work well for me when I also send via the Hyros API.

Looking for Setter & Closer – Join Our USA Expansion 🚀
Looking for Setter & Closer – Join Our USA Expansion 🚀 Hey Hyros Community, Over the past 6 years, we’ve built the largest German-speaking E-Com coaching program for beginners – currently generating over $1M in monthly revenue. Now, we’re taking the next big step: expanding internationally, including into the USA. Our product is already live, and we’re generating international, English-speaking leads. However, since our current German sales team doesn’t speak fluent English, we’re looking for native English-speaking sales pros to join us remotely. We’re hiring for two key roles: 🔹 Setter 🔹 Closer If you're ready for a new challenge and want to be part of a fast-growing coaching brand expanding into the global market – send me a DM so we can talk details. Your profile: - Native English speaker - Proven experience in high-ticket sales - Ideally: Experience selling high-ticket E-Com coaching And one more thing: Even if you're not a sales pro yourself – if you refer someone who’s a great fit and we end up working with them, we’ll happily pay you a referral bonus. So if you know a killer closer or setter, send them our way and let’s make it a win-win! Let’s build something big together. Looking forward to hearing from you!
FB Ads scaling best practices
Hi, what are your current best practices for scaling meta ads? We are currently at 1500€ daily adspend and generate 115 leads per day for our e-commerce coaching. With our best campaigns, we have an immediate lead price increase of 30-50% when we increase our budget from 300€ to 450€.

Funnel structure: Freebie Download -> VSL -> Typeform Survey -> Call I would like to test these 3, what works best for you? Campaign goal “Leads” - Conversion goal “Leads” Campaign goal “Leads” - Conversion goal “Calls” Campaign goal “Sales” - Conversion goal “Call” Thank you

@Julio César Vargas Hello Julio, thanks for your feedback. I have now run an A/B test with lead/lead, lead/call, and sales/call. Lead/Call was the winner. Cost per call was about 50% cheaper with Lead/Call than with the other settings. Lead/Lead had a 20% cheaper cost per lead I will still set up a longer-term split test and compare the lead quality of the calls.
