What's the Problem? 🤔
Whatever it is... Will it be a stepping stone? Or a plateau? Growing pains... Or no gains.

@Ahmy Brock Hey... I was gonna say that!
Running The Day 🌞
YouTube algorithm-ed me something legit today. The drums on this are somehow chill but driven. If this is a little fast for your Tai Chi... Slowing it down to .75 or even .6 may be more your speed. ENJOY. 😎✌️

Love Gambino, thanks for a new artist- I like the .75 suggestion too- it holds up!
In A Sentimental Mood... 📿
This is one of my all-time favorite songs. & a favorite song to play while playing Tai Chi. Perfectly named... It just flows so well... & tells a whole story. If you're ever in a sentimental mood... ENJOY. 🙏

May the 4th (Be With You) ☯️
The Force was based on the Tao (Dao). So if you don't understand what the Tao is all about... Think of the Force. Who's watching some Star Wars today? What's your favorite movie, show, game, or character? ENJOY. 🙏

Who is the Wisest of them all? 🤔
The Oracle at Delphi said no man was wiser than Socrates. Socrates doubted this. He tested this claim by questioning politicians, poets, etc. (the people who must be wiser than him, of course)… They all claimed knowledge they lacked. He realized he was wiser only because... He did not believe he knew what he did not actually know. "I know that I know nothing.” (my version, “We know closer to nothing than something.”) Being ok with not knowing... Allows for growth… Whereas believing we already know it all … Is what prevents us from knowing anything at all! Maintain self-awareness and don’t pretend to have certainty about the uncertain. (even at the risk of looking stupid… Better to look stupid than to be stupid!) The Socratic Method. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Here are a couple more pieces of wisdom I’ve picked up along the way: Health is Wealth. There is more to life than the rat race we find ourselves in. Everything is everything. Nothing is nothing. We’re all in this together. Literally, on this rock flying around the sun. If we are of this universe, then we are universal… One person’s best day, May be another’s worst, And vice versa. Keep your head up. Keep your head on a swivel. Remain calm. Keep your balance. Take a deep breath. Stop to smell the roses. There is no time like the present. Ready is an action, not a moment. One step at a time. One foot in front of the other. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Incremental becomes exponential. We all have wisdom to share... And we all need to be Skooled up on things we’ve missed. What pieces of wisdom have you picked up on your journey? Share with the class. 🙏

@Jake Hill well said, Socrates was well worth emulation, particularly in his open, questioning logic. Thanks for the shout out, I've also enjoyed our exchanges.
