Here is a skill I build a little while ago, that I use every day in work. I have regular zoom meetings with customers on a daily basis. I use this skill to create a follow up email from the zoom transcript which outlines discussion points, action items, etc. The email summary is generated in html format, and the page is opened in my browser. This is where I review the content, and provide feedback to Claude to update the summary. The skill will then look at the creation date of the transcript, and search in my google calendar from that time frame to look for the associated meeting. It is able to get the invite list from this, and then determine who actually attended or not (by reviewing the transcript). The skill then creates a draft email in Gmail, with the meeting attendees already populated in the senders list. Unfortunately the skill can only create the gmail draft in plain text format, so I need to switch to html. Then I just copy and paste from the previously opened generated html page. Great for gmail! Finally, the html is filed away in a customer specific folder for reference.
