Hi Dave and all, so in brief I'm Pash from Ballymena, 57, been training on and off since I was 11 when someone bought me a copy of Pumping Iron for my 11th birthday, sadly more off than on due to the usual constraints of life etc etc, I've been training pretty consistently for the past 2 years and have made gains, I put it down to the 5x5 and some other help, nothing mad though. I think my biggest failure is my diet as my lifts are good and I'm pretty sure I should look like I gym lol, thanks for reading.
