Masters comps
Would love to do a masters comp but all the comps expect u to lift similar to the opens so have to do novice comps against guys half my age lol anyone ever see any begineers/novice masters comps ?

Nice - I tried this in january / february this year - Found it a lot easier than i thought i was going to! - few lbs off and felt mentally as sharp as a razor! - Ended up reintroducing a few carbs when i upped my training game!

BRILLIANT - This makes such a huge difference - i spent a few years in the wilderness after comps ended for me - food was like i was still training for WSM! U can imagine the carnage on my body - lol All in check for me now too & i feel great!
