Big thanks to Paul for creating this community to collaborate together awesome just what I need, I'm a new Gator, wanting to do 2.0 white label JV opportunities added to the wholesaling deals I've started doing, Need another avenue of easier income. Marketing takes big bucks for consistent deals without bound marketing. Retired automotive mechanic on a new journey

@Steven Bratt asked in a call recently if this new community was seeing many deals submitted. It takes a bit of time to create confidence and momentum, but three months in, I thought it would be interesting to do the count ... 👉 We've had 25 deals submitted by community members! I expect we will be doing more than that monthly before this year ends. Great work everyone! Keep up the consistency in your outreach and follow up. It adds up.
