I'm starting to get people calling me now! Just had a phone call this afternoon with a potential client who is needing EMD for a Wholesale deal he's executing out of state. We talked about pricing, timing, and requirements and said "You have the best pricing I've come across and you answered all my questions. I'm definitely going with you." Should be seeing a request coming through my white label site in the next day or so.

I'm just sitting here working and it hit me how much I appreciate the members here and the many people with whom I get to do this funding shtuf together. 😁 I hope I can add value to this slice of your lives, as you certainly do to mine. Have a great weekend😎
