Anyone that suffers with bad anxiety or overthinks alot this stuff is brilliant I’m on my second month now it takes about 3 weeks for it to work but it genuinely works doesn’t make it all go away but it does stop it a little and makes yea not give a fuck about stupid things you’d normally care about it’s only 20 euro and you’ll get a month/ 3 weeks out of it

Another weekend with no drink or drugs coming up to 50 days sober tomrrow finally starting to feel abit better in myself now taking the nephews and nieces out to burn some energy after dinner to think few months ago I’d be dying in bed feeling like shit missing out memories like this 💪🏽😀

I just after relapse today I’ve drank 8 pints because my relationship is gone for good but I’m now home so I’m trying to think what to do

Driving home from work today constantly thinking one or two pints won’t hurt but I know myself what that will lead to. I find Thursdays the hardest cause all I done on payday is get an 8th dropped down and drink till I can’t speak. Anyone any advice to get rid of the urges. Or anything I can do that’s good for the mind and body🙃
