Microbiome and Germ Theory
If we accept the microbiome theory, we also have to accept the Pasteur's Germ Theory. Comments, thoughts ? :)

Why do we ? We can accept the idea of living in symbiosis with billions of bacteria in our gut, and question the idea that a single specie can cause disease by invading our body. The main hypothesis behind rejecting Pasteur Theory is the idea that elevation of toxemia is the cause of disease, and symptoms are initiated by the body to get rid of it and restore balance. That toxemia can be induced internally (excess stress or physical activities, internal waste getting stuck...), or externally (toxins, poisons, anything not supposed to be inside). Presence of bacteria inside the body (the microbiome lives outside) is a consequence rather than a cause.
Question about cancer
Hello everyone, I currently have cancer, and I am down here at Hippocrates wellness in West Palm Beach, FL. I've been down here for 4 weeks. It's been good. but I am struggling with the concept of no fruit. Deep down, I know that fruit is the best way. I know that sugar does not cause cancer to grow. Or anything like that. I guess I'm just curious. Has anybody known of anybody healing cancer on a high fruit diet? I guess I just need some reassurance.. thank you. ❤️

To quote Dr Graham "healthful living has no contraindication" I think your cancer (I'm sorry for you), was not even remotely caused by your consumption of fruits ; so I would not see why avoiding it would help it heal. Nevertheless, I'd say if your trying their protocol, keep for the time of the cure, but know that long term you cannot stay raw without fruits. It would lead you to a very high fat diet, and it will not at all support your health
Question about food combining
Would you eat honeydew melon and papaya at the same meal? (I guess the answer is "no", but I want to be sure). Thanks.

No problem ! Maybe start with the melon, followed buy the papaya. But if you have enough of either one, make a meal out of it and leave the other for later ;) I miss papayas from the tropics... I could make one big meal of it a day for the rest of my life.
Getting Up at Night to Pee – Normal or Something to Adjust?
Hi everyone, I wanted to get your thoughts on nighttime urination. Lately, I’ve been getting up once (sometimes twice) at night to pee, which didn’t really happen before. At the same time, I’m also much more hydrated now, especially because eating fruits and vegetables contains a lot of water. I’ve heard two different perspectives on this. One is that if we urinate around 8–12 times a day on average, then statistically it makes sense that nighttime would sometimes be included—especially if we’re going every 2–2.5 hours. The other perspective is about sleep cycles: apparently, we don’t wake up because we need to pee, but rather we become aware of the need to pee when we’re already in a lighter sleep phase. So in that sense, it may not be as disruptive as it sounds. I’m curious how you experience this. Is it normal or “okay” for you to get up once or twice per night? Or do you actively try to avoid it, for example by eating earlier or adjusting fluid intake in the evening? How do you personally handle this? Looking forward to hearing your experiences.

I do as well go one or two times, depending on the time between dinner and going to bed. But I usually sleep about 9 hours ; so it splits it in half. Sorry if you find it gross, but I keep a pee pot in the bedroom and the whole operation takes about 1 min before I go back to bed and fall asleep right away. Doesn't bother me at all !! If I happen to eat a lot too close to bed time I might go more than 2 times and it disturbs my sleep indeed.

@Denis Adigüzel canaries are not the best place unfortunately ! Andalousia is better but it gets a little chill in winter and even cold in the mountains. The fruit is great there. I’d say you should look into Central America for a fruity retirement !
