What are your guys thoughts on Ryobi, do they deserve all the shit they get?

Royobi is the homeowners grade tools. They will do the job but don’t really stand up to full time use. Makita is my go to. Had many abused tools still kicking!
We love our customers, but....
What’s one thing customers do that drives you crazy? For me its asking for a complete breakdown of the cost down to the minute of labor. 'How much do you guys buy the tankless water heater for?' 'How much cheaper would it be if I bought it and you installed it?' and on and on. Don't get me wrong I love my customers, but sometimes they know just how to get me😂

Customers trying to get a price or diagnosis over the phone. We can do a lot over the phone but giving an accurate diagnosis over the phone based on their descriptions is a recipe for angry customers.
Raw Question
Do you even think its possible to become a millionaire? Everyone dreams of that when they're younger, like 17 or 18, but then when they get into the workforce they realize how hard it actually is. Be honest with me, do you think its possible for yourself? Why or why not? Let me know and I will personally make videos for each of you that comments, on one thing you could be doing RIGHT NOW to make it a possibility that you become a millionaire.

Yes! Set the goal and work backwards from it, everything you do should be in service of the goal. Getting caught up in the weeds and the day to day can be very distracting, so like Joel said surrounding yourself with the right people with help keep you on track.
Greatest struggle..
What would you guys say Is your greatest struggle when it comes to working in the home service space? I think it’s learning how to prioritize and delegate.
