I’m so pumped to announce that the Wednesday Lunch Hour Revive & Glow-to-Bed Instagram Lives are making a comeback! Right HERE in the GEGC! “Cool! …What is that?” Every Wednesday I’ll go live on here for 30 minutes, with 2 short routines: one that will promote relaxation and release for optimal sleep; and one that will help provide an energy boost to get through the rest of the day! “Why the two 2 routines?!” Because you’ll want to have both, trust me. One relaxes the face and skull muscles, triggering drowsiness & telling the mind and body to shut down for the night. The other, wakes you up like a 2pm shot of espresso! Stimulates lymph and blood flow to the face, which tells the brain it’s time to shake off the afternoon slump and get back to work! “Do I have to show up live?” Not at all! Live practice with me is always beneficial, join for the whole thing or part of it. But I will be posting the replays in the Classroom too! 😉 “I’m in!
