Happy Saturday y’all. It’s cold outside and warm inside, and this season is inviting us to slow down. Winter is the internal season… a time for physical and mental hibernation, for listening instead of pushing, restoring instead of proving. Let yourself soften into it. This is your reminder to take advantage of this slower rhythm. Gratitude practice is essential for a healthy mindset, and winter is the perfect time to either deepen what you’re already doing or begin again with fresh intention. Small moments of noticing change everything. So I’ll ask you this… what cycles are you completing right now? What are you finally ready to lay down? And as the days quietly turn, what new habits, dreams, or desires are you planting for the coming year? 🌱

SOOO many questions. I understand that inflammation plays havoc throughout the body's different systems and all the systems in the body are connected. Starting with a few things how do we reduce inflammation? I have started with soul water and magnesium baths. I have started to include more organic whole foods in my diet. I just feel like my body is screaming.

Looking for products (supplements, food, etc) that have no toxins. Two websites I have come across Toxinless and Labdoor, have you used these? Or are there some other websites that are reliable?
